So this guy is a soldier known as a Space marine from Warhammer 40K, and this one in particular is from a fanmade legion called The Angry Marines, they're all about excessive violence and yelling profanities haha,
I'm not really sure where they've come from, I think they're from a mix of 4 chan and maybe Newgrounds in the early 2000s but I'm not sure, I just find them funny haha
